These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of power.pramanpower.com (the “Site”), operated by Praman Power LLC, 880 Folsom Street, Lansing, Michigan 48924, USA. By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. About us

Praman Power LLC is a licensed electrical contracting company owned by Linda Miller and based in Lansing, Michigan. You can reach us at Linda@power.pramanpower.com or (305) 638-7004.

2. Use of the Site

• You may view, download and print pages of this Site for your own business use in evaluating our services.
• You may not copy, republish or resell substantial parts of the Site, use it for unlawful purposes, attempt to gain unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, or scrape it in a way that degrades service for others.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit through our forms.

3. Information on this Site is not a quotation

Descriptions of services, capabilities, timescales and project examples are provided for general information. They do not constitute an offer, a warranty of a specific result, or a binding price. A binding agreement is created only when Praman Power issues a written proposal and you accept it in writing, or when we execute a separate contract with you.

4. Estimates, proposals and pricing

• Written proposals are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise, because material prices and equipment lead times move.
• Proposals are based on conditions visible at the time of the site walk. Concealed conditions — undocumented wiring, asbestos, structural obstructions, failed equipment discovered during work — may require a priced change order.
• All change orders are documented and approved in writing before the additional work proceeds.
• Permit fees, engineering fees and utility charges are itemized separately unless the proposal states that they are included.

5. Scheduling and site access

You agree to provide safe, timely access to the work area, accurate information about existing systems where known, and a point of contact authorized to approve shutdowns. Delays caused by inaccessible areas, other trades or client-directed changes may affect the schedule and, where they cause standby time, the price.

6. Payment terms

• Unless the proposal states otherwise, invoices are due net 30 days from the invoice date.
• Projects above an agreed threshold may be billed progressively against milestones.
• Accepted methods are check, ACH transfer and major credit cards. Card payments may carry a processing fee, disclosed in advance.
• Overdue balances may accrue interest at the lesser of 1.5% per month or the maximum permitted by Michigan law, plus reasonable collection costs.
• We reserve statutory lien rights available to contractors under Michigan law.

7. Warranty

We warrant our workmanship for twelve (12) months from substantial completion unless a longer period is stated in your contract. Manufacturer warranties on supplied equipment are passed through to you in full, and we will administer valid claims on your behalf. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modification, neglect of required maintenance, power quality problems originating outside our scope, acts of nature, or work performed by others.

8. Cancellation

Projects cancelled after acceptance but before mobilization are subject to reimbursement of costs already incurred, including non-returnable and custom-ordered materials, restocking charges and engineering time. Service visits cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a trip charge.

9. Safety and emergencies

Nothing on this Site is instruction to perform electrical work yourself. Electrical work is hazardous and, in most cases, legally restricted to licensed personnel. If you observe smoke, arcing, burning smells or exposed conductors, evacuate the area, call 911 and contact your utility before calling us.

10. Intellectual property

The Site's content, layout, text, graphics and logo are owned by Praman Power LLC or used with permission and are protected by United States copyright and trademark law. Design documents, drawings and studies produced by us remain our intellectual property and are licensed to you for use on the specific project, unless your contract assigns them otherwise.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Praman Power LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including lost profits or production, arising from the use of this Site. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Liability arising from contracted work is governed by the terms of the relevant contract.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Praman Power LLC against claims arising from your misuse of the Site or your breach of these Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The state and federal courts located in Ingham County, Michigan have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any dispute-resolution clause in a signed project contract.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you use the Site is the version that applies.
