A Michigan contractor built around uptime
Praman Power was founded in Lansing in 2009 by Linda Miller, who spent fourteen years as a project electrician and estimator before deciding that facility owners deserved clearer scopes, cleaner installs and phone calls that get returned the same day.
Today our crews work in manufacturing plants, medical buildings, cold-storage warehouses, schools, municipal facilities and multi-tenant offices from Grand Rapids to Detroit. We hold service agreements with facilities that cannot afford an unplanned shutdown, and we build new distribution for owners who are adding capacity, adding chargers, or replacing gear that was installed before most of our field staff were born.

Site walk
We visit the building, photograph the existing gear, read your one-lines and ask what the space needs to do in five years — not just today.
Written proposal
Itemized labor, material, permits, lead times and exclusions in plain English. You see where every dollar goes before you sign anything.
Scheduled execution
A named foreman, a posted schedule, daily progress notes and shutdowns planned around your production or business hours.
Closeout & support
Inspection sign-off, as-builts, torque and test records, equipment manuals, warranty terms, and an optional maintenance agreement.

What facility teams tell us
Praman replaced two 40-year-old distribution panels in our plant across two weekends without costing us a single production hour. The torque sheets and as-builts arrived before the final invoice.
We had a generator that failed its monthly exercise the week of an ice storm. They had a crew on site the same afternoon and a rebuilt transfer switch in service the next day.
Eight Level 2 chargers, all the trenching, the utility paperwork and the rebate application. I signed two documents and the rest was handled.

Our shop and warehouse are on Folsom Street in Lansing. Routine service and maintenance contracts are concentrated within about a 90-minute drive; project work takes us statewide.
